A big company with thousands of employees is different from a startup. You encounter a more rigid company structure and a change in processes from agile to a waterfall—your day-to-day changes from having multiple responsibilities to mainly focusing on one particular area.

When I first started at MAN, I worked as a UI Designer creating various graphical elements for the new TGX truck. The content needed to be pixel-perfect at delivery. I also worked on layouts of multiple features for the cluster and infotainment. Later on, the focus became more on UX aspects of the projects, designing and making prototypes used for user testing, optimizing processes, and creating the design system used internally.
